This is Kiko, he is a german shepherd who is a year old and he is joining our rehabilitation program. Kiko shows aggression toward humans and this makes walks and greetings difficult for his owner. Kiko is also very aggressive toward dogs so we will be working on ensuring his owner can be more comfortable when taking him out in public and greeting people or dogs from a distance without him lunging and barking.

Training Summary: Today we worked on all commands. While Kiko can initially be hesitant to go into down command, he eventually completed it with guidance using leash pressure. We worked at a fairly empty park today and we will slowly be increasing the distraction level.

Training Summary: Duration commands have been going much better for Kiko. While he does still struggle with his down, once he is in command he is much better at distance and duration.

Training highlights: Kiko has been working on his distance and duration commands. Completing commands around distractions has been going well and making sure he can hold them in a quiet environment in my home has allowed for him to continue to be challenged every time we complete commands in public. Also, here is an update on his dry skin that i noticed on his first day.

Training highlights: Completing commands at home has been so much more of a breeze for kiko. He understands leash pressure and ecollar guidance while also following verbal commands and hand signals

Training highlights: We went to home depot today and worked on all commands in public. I incorporated distance commands and duration practice around lots of distractions. Great work Kiko!

Training Highlights: Kiko got spoiled today with a bath before he heads home. He got a full bath and did fairly well during the wash and blow dry at the end. We put his commands to use and worked on making sure he stayed calm as possible during the whole process
