Kodak – German Shepherd (5 Months Old)

Program: Two-Week Board & Train

Training Focus: Confidence building • On-leash & off-leash obedience • Socialization

About Kodak:

Kodak is a sharp, energetic, and eager-to-learn 5-month-old German Shepherd who joined our two-week Board & Train program to build confidence and develop reliable obedience both on and off leash. At this age, structure and exposure are crucial, and Kodak is in the perfect stage to learn solid habits.

During his training, we will be focusing on:

Boosting confidence through controlled exposure and new environments

Teaching strong, consistent on-leash obedience

Introducing off-leash foundations

Improving social skills with people and other dogs

Building impulse control and calmness

Establishing good manners and overall stability

Kodak has all the drive and potential you expect from a young German Shepherd, and we’re excited to help him channel that energy into confidence, obedience, and well-rounded behavior.

Stay tuned for his progress updates over the next two weeks!

TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS: After a fun and fulfilling day of training, Kodak, Medusa, and Zara settled in for some quiet time. Each of them relaxed calmly on the place command, taking a moment to rest, breathe, and soak in the day’s accomplishments. It was a peaceful way to end their training session, reminding them that balance between work and relaxation is just as important as the commands themselves.
